With a strong background in law enforcement as a Supernumerary police officer, he has acquired valuable expertise in security and conflict resolution. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), further enhancing his knowledge and skills to contribute to a more harmonious world. As a key Stakeholder and HR Manager of Caring Circle Africa (a non-profit organization dedicated to providing welfare services to members across Africa), Elisha leverages his expertise to drive the organization's mission forward, fostering a culture of peace, conflict resolution, and welfare support for African communities.
